Bear Creek Learning Center... "Where Golf Begins"

Bear Creek Golf Course is a great place to learn the game. We have a teaching staff willing to work with your game, no matter what your skill level. Whether you are just beginning or need a periodic "tune up", we offer competitive lesson rates, as well as group instruction through the Medford Parks and Recreation Department. Don't worry if you don't have the equipment. We will supply you, free of charge, with all the clubs you need during your instruction.

About Marla Corbin…

Being involved in the golf business her entire life, Marla brings a special dedication to Bear Creek Golf Course. Her passion is to introduce the game of golf to as many people as possible. Marla is an LPGA Member and loves to work with beginners, as well as accomplished players. Since her purchase of the golf course from her father in 1995, she has worked to continually upgrade the course and the facilities, enduring major rebuilding after the 1997 floods. In 1998, she was chosen "Woman Entrepreneur of the Year" by the Women Entrepreneurs of Oregon. In 2001, Marla received her LPGA certification. Her enthusiasm for the game is positively contagious and the course reflects her friendly, nurturing personality.
